Joanna LaFleur is a dementia educator and caregiver coach. For over 20 years, she's been deep in the world of dementia care. She's cried with families, trained burned-out teams, and built memory care programs from the ground up. She will give us guidance on helping our dementia clients with love, patience, and skill, even on the hardest days.
